I liked the service provided by the staff.. in fact we had a problem with the air-con the moment we checked-in... we called and immediately maintenance attended to the problem. A while later we heard a slight explode sound from the air-con and again the maintenance with very prompt response attended and told to get a change of room as the motor of the air-con is damaged. Then reservation also did a good job by giving us a room at the same floor in order not to burden us with hassle of moving from floor to floor.. Good service!

The breakfasts are delicious and savoury with good choice of options. Very convenience location, it's set near Near to KSL shopping mall as well as cheap to get too. Central district deserves to be explored.

The price
The cleanliness. There were shoe marks, blood and dust on the pillow case. Dusty floor and stained walls.

Location. Easy access to causeway and ample parking.
Took sometime to get the rooms as they had to check on my booking. Waited at the reception for a good 20mins and initially told I was on level 13 but than upon receiving the key my room was on level 24. No explanation as to the long delay. Seems like they were trying to find a room or had to sort out matters. Room given on 24th level and tends to be a little noisy as they have the Sky Lounge on the 26th level which have music going on until 1 to 2.00am.

It has spacious room and good view of jb and Singapore.
Stream room is not working. Gym is spacious but not enough gym equipment.

Our time here was really nice. We liked the city vibes and found that this place is well-kept and reasonably priced, right in the heart of everything. the breakfast was so tasty and satisfying, and the overall food quality was great! 🍳
